My Story
At school I suffered with being overweight, along with that came the problems so many youngsters put up with when in that situation. When I was around 14 years old I decided enough was enough I needed to lose weight but unfortunately I went about it the totally wrong way. I lost the weight, which was good however I lost it too fast – due to this dramatic change in my body I ended up needing 7 shoulder operations and 22 knee operations !!
I decided to become a personal trainer to help people see a healthier more sustainable and successful way to get fit and stay fit. Having someone by your side to assist you is priceless, my role as well as setting out your plan, giving you nutritional guidance will be to help you through the emotional side, if you have a question or ever doubt yourself you only have to ask and I will be there for you.
